Journey.

Today G and I went to Barnes and Noble. In the parking lot we found a beautiful Monarch butterfly with a broken wing. We picked her up and placed her on a flower bush nearby. Poor creature.

Inside I looked at a lot of fashion magazines. Especially the British versions. I adore their styles. On the way home we saw lightening hit a tree and start a fire. It was wild. Mother Nature was crazy today.

Best part!!?? I did much better on my calorie intake. I feel so wired right now.

I'm a mess.

I'm such a mess. I really wish V could stay home and

take care of me. I'm very frightened to be in this house. I really should try to get up, get my shit together and take G out somewhere. Since I woke up so early we will more than likely sit around and watch the Disney Channel shows on Netflix. I wish we could go into the city this weekend. We just went last weekend though so I know it's off the table. I just love Manhattan. I want to people watch. To sip tea in Alice's Tea Cup. I'd even like to take in a museum. Or perhaps take G+J to CMOM. Back to today though...whatever will I do to feel safe and pass the time?

I must say I am happy I have been up for nearly 3 hours and have only consumed water (+ meds).

Last night I had a little binge. Some Paleek Paneer, chips, hot dog, bun, and ice cream. Normal servings of each but all of that at once! :( I purged quickly and I think I got most of it out. Afterwards I feel fast asleep only to wake now at 5 am. I'm still feeling paranoia over T's boyfriend. I hope I get through the day.
