Please let me get through this day. So far only 300ish calories. I cannot fail! I must stay in line. I can control this. It's all mine. Nobody can stop me. If I fail it is only my fault. This is mine. All mine. Nobody can take this away from me. I will get my body back. I can do this. Skinny legs, small waist. I will not grow old. I will not enter 30 as a frumpy, fat old maid. This is my life. I must have control of it. I can achieve this dream. I wanted it at 18, 20, 24, 26, and now at 29 I will do it!
